The father of Monojit Mishra, who is prime accused in 24-year-old student's gang-rape at South Kolkata Law College, had disowned him years ago due to his involvement in politics and frequent fights, NDTV reported. Monojit had been living separately for about four years, the report added. Four people, including Monojit, have been arrested in the case.
