A lawyer allegedly beat up a Delhi traffic police constable outside Rohini court, New Delhi, Tuesday. The Head Constable, Santosh, flagged down a car driven by Virender Sangwan (29), a lawyer, seeing him approach from the wrong side of the court gate. Sangwan started an argument, beat him up and also called 3 of his colleagues who tore Santosh's uniform.
