A lawyer has alleged BookMyShow and Live Nation Entertainment of large-scale ticketing scam linked to the upcoming Coldplay concerts. The lawyer filed the complaint with Economic Offences Wing and said the platforms manipulated access by logging legitimate users out or blocking them to prevent them from buying tickets. This, the lawyer claims, enable bots and black market operators get tickets.
