Gary Zerola, a former Boston lawyer once named a 'most eligible bachelor' by People magazine, has been sentenced to 5-10 years for raping a 21-year-old woman in January 2021. Despite previous acquittals on other sexual assault charges, Zerola was convicted last month. His lawyer plans to appeal the conviction.
