A New York-based law firm Napoli Shkolnik is suing a former employee for at least $400,000 (₹3.3 crore), accusing her of "quiet quitting" her job. Heather Palmore "took advantage" of remote work to secretly promote her own law firm while she was supposed to be working for Napoli, the company claimed. Meanwhile, Palmore has sued Napoli Shkolnik for racial discrimination.
