Fourth-seeded duo of India's Leander Paes and Switzerland's Martina Hingis won the US Open mixed-doubles crown after defeating the unseeded pair of Sam Querrey and ​Bethanie Mattek-Sands 6-4, 3-6, 10-7 on Friday. Having already won the Australian Open and the Wimbledon this year, the duo became the first team since 1969 to win three Grand Slam titles in a year.
