Nikola CEO Mark Russell told a jury that it was only after he joined the firm that he learned its debut electric truck had neither a gas-powered turbine nor a fuel cell when Founder Trevor Milton unveiled it. Russell added before he came on board as President, he and Milton agreed he would become CEO if Nikola went public.
