Leela Palace Udaipur was directed by consumer court to pay ₹10 lakh compensation to a couple, citing violation of their privacy by hotel staff. The Chennai-based couple had booked a room for one-day stay on January 26, 2025. They alleged a housekeeping staffer entered using master key, despite the couple shouted “no service”, and allegedly peeped through the washroom door.
