Five Left parties have written a joint letter to PM Narendra Modi opposing killings of Maoist leaders in 'Operation Kagar', carried out in Chhattisgarh region. The parties, including CPI, CPI(M) and RSP, demanded an 'immediate halt' to operation calling it 'extrajudicial killings'. "We demand…(held Maoist leaders) should…be produced in court and dealt with as per…rule of law," the letter read.
