Lenskart has officially become a public company as the Gurugram-based company prepares to launch its IPO, Moneycontrol reported. The Peyush Bansal-led firm reportedly aims to raise up to $1 billion at a $7-8 billion valuation in the IPO expected to launch at the end of FY26. It's reportedly hiring arrangers like Kotak Mahindra Bank and Morgan Stanley for the same.
