A five-year-old leopard was found dead in a forest in Punjab's Rupnagar district on Monday, officials said. The carcass was found intact, which implied that it was not the work of a professional hunter, said a forest official. However, the autopsy revealed five bullets in its carcass. This is reportedly the second such incident in a week.
