The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast easing rain activity across Mumbai and neighbouring districts this week, with only light to moderate showers expected. It also said temperatures in Mumbai are likely to rise and may touch 32°C in the coming days. Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, and Palghar are not under any weather alert until at least August 7.
