LG, Samsung accused of paying lower tariffs to India on OLED TV parts: Report

Indian authorities are investigating LG Electronics and Samsung for alleged tariff evasion on imported OLED display parts, Reuters reported. The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence claims both South Korean companies improperly applied a concessional 5% duty reserved for older LCD and LED screens, rather than the required 15% rate for OLED parts. Both tech giants are contesting the stance.
