LG Energy Solution and India's JSW Energy are in talks for a $1.5 billion joint venture for EV batteries and renewable energy storage, Reuters reported. The proposed venture will reportedly set up a plant in India with a total capacity of 10 gigawatt hours. Under the initial agreement, LG will contribute the technology and JSW will invest the money.
