German Police on Saturday detained a Libyan national with alleged ties to the "Islamic State" who was planning an attack on the Israeli Embassy in Berlin. The man had reportedly intended to carry out "a high-profile attack with firearms on the Israeli embassy". To plan the attack, he had reportedly "exchanged information with an IS member in a messenger chat".
