The share price of Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India hit a fresh record high of ₹1,197 on the BSE on Friday. This comes after LIC gained 3.1% in the intraday trade. With this, LIC's market capitalisation (m-cap) reached an all-time high of around ₹7.56 trillion. LIC share price has jumped 39.2% on the BSE in 2024 so far.
