A 23-year-old woman was injured after an elevator in the Vijaya building in Delhi's Connaught Place crashed on the ground floor on Thursday. The incident reportedly occurred when the woman, along with her colleagues, boarded the lift from the 11th floor. "As they reached the 3rd floor, the lift's speed...spiked, causing it to strike the base at...ground floor," police said.
