A lift inside a society in Noida's Sector 137 smashed against the roof after it reached the top floor as the brakes had failed on Sunday evening. The incident occurred in Paras Tierea Society and the lift suddenly reached the 25th floor, when occupants were exiting on fourth floor. Earlier, a woman died in the society after a lift crashed.
