Limit for angel investors in a scheme raised from 49 to 200

SEBI on Wednesday eased regulations for investments in startups by increasing the limit on the number of angel investors in a scheme from 49 to 200. Angel funds will be allowed to invest in startups incorporated within five years, up from three years. Additionally, the minimum investment by an Angel is reduced from ₹50 lakh to ₹25 lakh.
