The Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC was vandalised with "Free Gaza" graffiti on Wednesday, the National Park Service reported. Photos showing the national monument smeared in red paint with bold letters reading 'Free Gaza' have surfaced online. The process of removing paint at the Lincoln Memorial Circle and Reflecting Pool has been started and may take up to several days.
