The statue of Lingayat seer Shivakumar Swami of Siddaganga Mutt was defaced in Bengaluru on November 30. The accused, 37-year-old delivery executive Srikrishna, claimed he was "inspired" to deface the statue by Jesus Christ's vision in his dream. Police said Srikrishna's medical examination has been conducted and they're examining if his mental health played a role in the incident.
