Delhi State Election Commission on Thursday released the list of wards that will be reserved for women and Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates for the upcoming Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) election. Out of the total 250 seats redrawn in the recently-concluded delimitation exercise, 42 have been reserved for SC candidates. Meanwhile, 50% of the overall seats are reserved for women.
