List shows state-wise distribution of India's athletes at Asian Games
This year's Asian Games will officially open on September 23, with more than 650 Indian athletes participating. Haryana (89) and Maharashtra(73) are the top two states represented in India's contingent. Meanwhile, Delhi is the most represented Union Territory with 44 athletes. As many as 50 participating Indian athletes are from Punjab.
