A 45-year-old liver donor from Agartala successfully underwent a complex incisional hernia repair at Manipal Hospital EM Bypass using advanced keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery. Despite prior major surgery, she recovered quickly, walking within hours and discharged the next day.
