Sunali Khatun, a pregnant woman who was brought back to India after being deported to Bangladesh on suspicion of being an illegal immigrant, said living in solitary cell in Bangladeshi prison was "torture". “They allowed Sabir (son) to stay with me...but my husband was taken away elsewhere,” she said. Khatun and her son were brought back after Supreme Court’s intervention.
