Actress Raveena Tandon criticised local bodies for the Supreme Court's verdict on the relocation of stray dogs to shelters in Delhi-NCR. While speaking about increasing population of stray dogs, she wrote, "I don't think we would've reached this point. Local bodies are responsible for strays in their communities and sterilisation is the need of the hour."
