The Central Railway on Friday said that the local train services in Mumbai region are hit due to heavy rains. The Main Line local trains are delayed by 10-12 minutes, and Harbour Line locals are delayed by 7-8 minutes, it said. Trains are running at slow speed due to precaution and low visibility, Central Railway added.
