The Maharashtra government signed an MoU with Lodha Developers for the development of a 2.5 gigawatt data centre park at an investment of ₹1.3 lakh crore in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. CM Devendra Fadnavis witnessed the signing with the Mumbai-based real estate firm at World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Of the ₹1.3 lakh crore, ₹30,000 crore was committed in 2025.
