The longest match in the history of Wimbledon was played between John Isner and Nicolas Mahut in 2010 in the first round of the tournament. The match which started on June 22, a Tuesday, and ended on June 24, a Thursday, was played for 11 hours and five minutes. Isner won the match 6-4, 3-6, 6-7, 7-6, 70-68.
