Leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa’s PIL seeking action over a ruling party MLA’s alleged remarks on booth capturing was dismissed as withdrawn with ₹25,000 costs by the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Monday. The Bench noted non-disclosure of a pending FIR against Bajwa. He had sought action against Kulwant Singh Bazigar for his remarks at a public gathering.
