Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali revealed he lost nearly 7 to 10 kg during the shoot of Rockstar, despite eating well. On the podcast, he said the entire team was emotionally consumed and unified by the film, as if touching something that spoke to them subconsciously. It was a beautiful but slightly crazy experience none would want to repeat.
