A woman from Arunachal Pradesh shared that when she lost her way in Bihar's Bhagalpur, she was assisted by two men. She added that "In the Northeast, we are told that people outside trouble us, but there are many helpful people too." The men who had to be somewhere else went out of their way to help her, she said.
