Concerns over delayed LPG deliveries have now snowballed into a black market crisis in parts of Delhi. The situation has pushed some desperate residents towards the illegal market, where cooking gas is being sold at inflated prices. During visits to several residential pockets, residents said they had been running from one gas agency to another trying to secure a refill.
