Lieutenant General Avinash Das, a veteran ENT surgeon with nearly four decades in the Armed Forces Medical Services, has assumed charge as Commandant of the Army Hospital Research & Referral in Delhi. An AFMC alumnus, Lt Gen Das has held key roles across top military hospitals and is expected to further enhance healthcare standards.
