The Registrar of Companies is reportedly probing accounts of L&T Employee Welfare Foundation over allegations of cheating and misappropriation of funds. It has issued a notice to the Foundation and LandT Welfare Co. This comes after employees alleged that the firm deducted contributions from their salaries with assurance of giving them Larsen & Toubro's equity shares, but didn't do so.
