Special prayers were offered in Lucknow, the hometown of Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, who will become the first Indian to step onto the International Space Station. Shukla's family offered prayers and his school organised a yajna to pray for the success of his thrice-postponed space mission. The Axiom-4 mission, originally scheduled for May 29, will be launched on June 11.
