Lucknow's Tunday Kababi has stopped the sale of its beef kebabs and is instead selling chicken kebabs, following a shortage of meat in the state. A crackdown on illegal slaughterhouses in the state has resulted in a deficit of raw material for the kababs. The shop had been established in 1905 and is a popular local attraction.
