Sportswear clothing brand Lululemon is facing backlash from people for firing two employees who confronted three masked robbers and chased them away from a store in the US. Responding to the criticism, Lululemon CEO Calvin McDonald said that he stands by the company's decision. "They (Employees) are trained to step back, let the theft occur...they broke policy," the CEO said.
