Global automotive technology company Luminar Technology has announced that Paul Ricci has been appointed as the CEO, effective on or about May 21, 2025. Ricci is ex-chairman and CEO of Nuance. The appointment follows the resignation of founder Austin Russell as President and CEO of the company following a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics inquiry, company's press release stated.
