Lupin settles antitrust litigation in US for ₹277 crore

Lupin, in a regulatory filing on Friday, said its US-based subsidiary agreed with one of the plaintiffs, Humana, to pay $30 million (over ₹277 crore) to settle an ongoing antitrust litigation. It alleged Lupin's US arm engaged in anti-competitive conduct and violations of federal and state antitrust laws regarding pharmaceutical products. Lupin will pay the amount for resolving all claims.
