Luthra brothers, owners of Goa club where 25 died in fire, surrender before court

Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, owners of Goa nightclub 'Birch by Romeo Lane', surrendered before a Goa court on Monday. This comes two weeks after the Supreme Court rejected their pleas challenging the Bombay High Court's order cancelling their bail. A fire at the nightclub last year killed 25 people and injured several others.
