Gurugram-based luxury brand discovery startup Smytten has raised $1.5 million in a pre-Series A round of funding from investment firm Roots Ventures. Co-founded in 2015 by former Unilever executive Siddhartha Nangia and former Google executive Swagat Sarangi, Smytten delivers premium product samples to customers. Its early backers include former Google India & South East Asia VP Rajan Anandan.
