Congress candidate from New Delhi Assembly constituency Sandeep Dikshit reacted to AAP's promise of free water and electricity for tenants ahead of elections. "Now the elections are here, so his lies have started again," Dikshit said. "He promised this in 2015 and 2018 elections also. Why has it not happened yet? He's been saying this for 10 years," Dikshit added.
