Veteran Australian spinner Nathan Lyon has confirmed his recovery and readiness for the two-match Test series against Sri Lanka starting January 29. Lyon stated that he would be "100 per cent fit" for the tour. Right-handed batter Steve Smith will lead the 16-player squad as interim captain in Pat Cummins' absence.
