Macquarie exec O’Kane who earned more than CEO quits after 28 yrs

Macquarie Group's powerhouse commodities head Nick O'Kane, who once earned more than veteran bankers like Jamie Dimon and Jane Fraser, will step down on February 27 to "pursue opportunities outside Macquarie". Last year, O'Kane got 59% raise to boost his pay to $38.6 million, more than CEO Shemara Wikramanayake's pay of $22.14 million.
