Macrotech Developers alleged CEO Abhishek Lodha's brother Abhinandan's firm The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) faked a Macrotech director's sign to misuse 'Lodha' brand for HoABL's projects. Macrotech said HoABL faked its board resolution stating HoABL's can use the 'Lodha' brand. HoABL stated its "shock and surprise" at Macrotech's allegations and filed a complaint seeking a probe.
