American singer-songwriter Madonna took to Instagram to share the first family portrait featuring all of her six children which was clicked on her 59th birthday on Wednesday. The picture features her biological children Lourdes Leon and Rocco Ritchie, and adopted children Mercy James, David Banda and twin girls Estere and Stella. The singer celebrated her birthday in Italy.
