Chat-based delivery startup MagicTiger on Thursday acquihired Bengaluru-based rival on-demand delivery service app Instano in an equity deal. As per the deal, the core team of Instano will join MagicTiger. Founded in 2015 by IIM Calcutta alumnus Pratyush Prasanna, MagicTiger is a chat-based platform that lets users order food, groceries, beauty, home services, pay bills and book tickets.
