With game No. 10 of the World Championship ending in a draw, Norway's Magnus Carlsen (22) on Friday became the new world chess champion, dethroning Viswanathan Anand (43), who held the crown since 2007. Carlsen has also become the second youngest to win the title after Garry Kasparov. With two more games to be played, Carlsen is leading with 6.5-3.5.
