Maha CM Fadnavis calls Sukhbir Singh Badal after attack

Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis called former Punjab Deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal to enquire about his health after he was attacked in Maharashtra's Nanded. The Shiromani Akali Dal chief told Fadnavis that he is stable. Fadnavis has ordered an investigation into the attack. The Nihang Sikh, identified as Jaspal Singh, attacked Badal using a kirpan and has been detained.
